Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Services" means our websites, software, applications, messaging integrations, and related services.
• "Client" means a business or organisation that engages Tech Corners to build or operate Services.
• "End User" means a person who interacts with a Service, including through a WhatsApp or other messaging channel.
• "Meta" means Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates, which operate WhatsApp and related products.

2. The Services

Tech Corners designs, builds, and operates software including web platforms, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and messaging solutions, including services delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform. We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Services, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited messages (spam), or any content prohibited by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or the Meta Platform Terms.
• Transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of any third party.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or misappropriate confidential information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

5. WhatsApp and third-party platforms

Where the Services use the WhatsApp Business Platform or other Meta products, your use is additionally subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms, the Meta Platform Terms, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any messaging channel complies with those terms, including obtaining any required opt-in consent from End Users before messaging them. Meta may change its platforms and policies, and such changes may affect the Services.

Tech Corners is an independent technology provider and is not endorsed by, or affiliated with, Meta except as an authorised participant in its business programmes.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Tech Corners or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you in a separate written agreement, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent. Deliverables produced for a Client are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

7. Fees and payment

Where the Services are provided for a fee, the fees, billing, and payment terms are set out in a separate agreement or order between you and Tech Corners. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including value added tax (VAT), which you are responsible for paying.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and to use it only for the purpose of performing under these Terms or a related agreement.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Corners disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that third-party platforms such as WhatsApp will be available at all times.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Corners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tech Corners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including the terms of Meta or WhatsApp.

12. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if a third-party platform withdraws access. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
